Question: When are orders shipped?
Answer: Orders are shipped on Monday's, Wednesday's & Friday's however occasionally we ship out sooner!
Question: Can I reuse the bottles?
Answer: Yes you can! We love this! We recommend you soak them in hot water and dish soap multiple times, then either sterilize in the oven or with 70-90% alcohol.
Question: How long do the products last for?
Answer: Both products can last for over a year, however we recommend to use them up sooner (between 3-6 months).
Question: Do the colors vary in shades?
Answer: YES. Because we hand make each batch - roughly 8 bottles per batch, the colors/ tones vary. The color should be a light blush shade to naturally add to your lips/ cheeks, the color should not cover over your natural shade, it should simply enhance it.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes! We recently started to ship internationally to select regions/ countries.
Question: What is the return policy?
Answer: We have a 10 day return policy. If the product has not been opened, used, tampered with in any way then you can receive a full refund minus the return mail fee. If you wish to request a return please contact us at purelifestyle@protonmail.com and use "Return Request" in the subject line. Please make sure to include your order number as well!
