For US Customers

Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened, and unaltered condition. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a return or refund.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our support team by email within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a one-time replacement at no cost to you. Replacement requests beyond this window or beyond one replacement per order cannot be accommodated.

Return Shipping
A flat return shipping fee of $6.99 USD will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged once per return.

Final Sale Items
Items in the Olyveya Lip Collection are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return
Log in to your account, navigate to your order, and select "Request Return." Follow the on-screen steps to complete your request.

For EU Customers

Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days — no reason required. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item(s).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You can withdraw from your order at any time before it is fulfilled, or within 14 days of delivery for fulfilled orders, by using the withdrawal button in your order confirmation email or your account order page. You will be asked to confirm your name and order reference number. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email acknowledging your withdrawal request.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unaltered condition. If an item has been opened, used, or tampered with, it will not be accepted for return and no refund will be issued.

Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact our support team by email within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a one-time replacement at no cost to you. Please note this is separate from your right of withdrawal and is limited to one replacement per order.

Return Shipping for EU Customers
EU customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We charge a flat fee of $6.99 USD, deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item(s) and confirming they meet the return condition requirements above.

Exceptions — Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal
The following are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery. This applies to all products once opened, including items in the Olyveya Lip Collection.
